Class Cost: $250 per person.
Fee includes range fees and targets. This course will qualify students to apply for the Maryland Handgun Qualification License.
This course will develop in you the basic knowledge, skills and attitude essential to the safe and efficient use of a handgun for protection of self and family. Students will learn skills and techniques for defensive shooting using barriers, concealment and cover, as well as strategies for hardening the home against burglary, theft and invasion.
Class Length: 9 hours, including range time for live fire session
Classroom Location: The main classroom is located in the Canton Community of Baltimore. A larger classroom for classes greater than 6 students is located in Middle River, MD.
Range Location: We conduct most of our live fire training and qualification in Middle River, MD.

Range Live Fire Session:
- Students may fire revolvers or semi-automatic handguns.
- Students will fire at least 98 rounds from a handgun.
- Students may fire their own handgun or rent a handgun at the gun range
